The objective was to translate the raw natural beauty of the site into a compelling digital narrative that would drive high-value leads and generate early market momentum.

The Creative Direction & Film Production

To establish a visual identity for Atten Hill, we produced a high-fidelity brand film capturing the breadth of the Horseshoe Bay lifestyle, from signature golf courses and private resorts to the adventures and relaxation of the lake. I led the creative development of the narrative storyboard and served as Co-Director during principal photography to ensure the visual execution aligned with our strategic goals. Following production, I curated and edited a suite of high-impact assets, including immersive website backgrounds and targeted social media content, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

Beyond digital media, I was responsible for the design and execution of diverse marketing assets aimed at both digital and physical engagement. By aligning the visual language of our email marketing, print brochures, and direct mail campaigns, I ensured a seamless brand experience for potential homeowners.
